Biography
Former Lord of Longfall, Former Hill Clans Leader, Vice Regent of Clan Stonebreeze
Before Bharno overthrew Kir, Talok ruled the Hill Clans.
At one point he was covered in magnificent golden scales(strange given his parentage), but when he refused to turn leadership over to Kir, the warcaller sicced Ven on him.
The mirror engulfed Talok in flames and seared off his scales.
A scaleless dragon is a helpless one, so Talok had no choice but to step down.
Talok ended up as the de-facto Lord of Longfall when his people and the Sunstone survivors met down in Cairnstone. Nobody else really knew how to run a clan, so he accepted the responsibility and over time, de-facto turned into official.
Life in Longfall was good to Talok.
There was no sun to crack or scorch his scaleless hide, and there was bustling trade with the surface that brought things like food and supplies underground in exchange for stone and ore.
However, he knew his people weren't happy. They were safe down here, but they longed for a life back in the sun, and certain breeds, to condemn them to a life without flight was outright cruel.
He worked with the Council to plan for a return to the surface, though the threat of Kir was a constant roadblock, but that couldn't last forever(and it didn't).
Retirement
When seismic activity began to threaten the Longfall Den, the clan and its allies elected to finally return to the surface for good and move to the Wind Domain, following advice from the prophet, Nobody
When they arrived and began to settle, Lord Talok announced that he was stepping down as the leader, and elevated Hazin to the position.
