Born from the first generation of a new and rising plague-born subspecies of dragons, Xuch' and his brother Red would be sent off to start their own collective following.

Xuch' quite opposite to his brother, was very frail and weak. He lacks any proper arms, leaving him to use his wings instead in a wyvern-esc manor. Luckily having had what would have been finger bones fused to them. But despite clearly being the weaker link between the two, Xuch's would end up being the favorite child. The one their parents raised and trained to be a ruler one day.

What xuch' lacks in physical strength, he more than makes up for with his magical prowess. A gift he would not find until he was in his adolescence, but one that he took little time to master. With this newfound power of his learned, he and his brother set off in the name of the predecessors. But things did not go quite how they planned.

The two brothers found themselves crossing the Boneyard, when they suddenly slipped through it's soil. Landing in a labyrinth of twisting caves and endless tunnels. Eventually Red had enough of wandering in circles and dug them a path to the surface (a path that would become the first and main entrance to the clan). After collecting themselves, Xuch' had the idea to go back into the tunnels and set up a small settlement there. Red, very predictably, was against the idea after spending hours trying to get out of the tunnels. But Xuch' argued that it was a very secure location, and the real estate was prime for developing. Red still wasn't happy with the notion, but they would go back into the tunnels and set up their first camp there.

From there the new clan would slowly grow. The first few member were individuals who also fell victim to the inconspicuous soil, surviving the fall through. In fact, most of Rottoway's members ended up there the same way. Individuals wandering for one reason or another, walking straight into the wasteland's trap.

Xuch', as he is today, is quite egotistical. He is by no means is any good at running his clan, but he does not rule with a tyrannical claw. More so he is just quite bad at his role, leaving Hatchet to pick up most of the slack and holding the clan together. But he stays in everyone's favor due to his mission to provide a welcoming home for the oddballs and mutated misfits of Sornieth. Having Brimstone as a loyal and devoted follower probably helps too)

The clan he built is not the one he had imagined when he was set up to become a ruler, but he is quite proud of what he has built. Giving sanctuary to those who just don't fit in with the world on the surface.

Tidbits:

Hoards many things. Like bones, red flowers, creepy crawlies, and the clan's meat reserves
No one is happy with the last one...
Doesn't understand that not all plants are 'flowers'
While he has no true arms, he can use his plague magic to summon skeletal arms to use as normal. He doesn't need these as he's adapted just find to using his wings. But he does so anyways, as a way to show off his power.
