Skipping Stone Glow Mushroom Fir Branch It was Majolica and Aurum’s turn to go out and gather food for the clan. Lizbet had suggested that Primrose go along with them, since she was somewhat capable of keeping the pair focused on the task at hand. But Majolica and Aurum had insisted that they’d be fine.

Lizbet really should have insisted that Primrose accompany them. Almost as soon as they had landed in their chosen gathering forest, Aurum and Majolica were distracted.

They were attempting to skip stones on a pond they had, found when Aurum noticed a rustling in the nearby undergrowth. As soon as he tried to point it out to Majolica, the rustling stopped. Aurum went back to skipping stones.

Then he noticed the rustling again, and was that something glowing in there? This time Majolica noticed too. The pair of them approached the rustling bushes.

Pushing away the leaves and branches, Aurum and Majolica discovered a patch of glow mushrooms, in which a skydancer hatchling was hiding.
They introduced themselves, and discovered that the young skydancer was called Indigo, and that she didn’t have a home. Aurum and Majolica decided to adopt Indigo into their clan.

The rest of the dragons were rather put out when Aurum and Majolica returned with some skipping stones and a hatchling, but no food.
