Black Rook 		In the Crystalspine Reaches, near the border with the Starwood Strand, stood an old, crumbling castle, surrounded by large stretches of overgrown gardens. The castle overlooked the derelict buildings of a long abandoned settlement. Among them is an uncannily well-preserved library.

A pair of guardians, Ariel, and Lizbet, found these old buildings, and took it upon themselves to restore the castle and care for the library. As the castle’s restoration progressed, more and more dragons were drawn to the area, and life returned to the castle’s surrounds.

The area may or may not be slightly haunted.
