Sculptor was a bubbly and energetic spiral. His old, bright personality shines through sometimes, when he's relaxed enough. Formerly nearly impossible to remove from the personal space of other, Sculptor was only physically close to Itura now, and it seems slightly forced for him to do so. His humor has become twisted and dark, like the statues he makes for himself, when not on commission.

Sculptor has a good eye for decoration and design. Sculptor has twice single-handedly planned out the clan lair, working off of the natural tunnels provided to create the beautiful and unique living spaces for each of his clanmates. The hallways and caverns are decorated with statues and creations of his own design. In the enterance hall stands a large statue of each of the 11 deitys. In addition to being a skilled builder and sculptor, he also is quite skilled at drawing.

It was a well-known piece of gossip that Sculptor used to cheat on Itura with the clan's trader, the mate of Glacura. Glacura knew, and had turned a blind eye to it for a long time, but the word eventually reached Itura. Itura let her anger smolder and fester and silently let it continue a little while longer, before Tholric disappeared one day. Sculptor was distraught. He loved Itura, but he also loved Tholric.

Now that Itura has been removed from power, Sculptor has been freed, somewhat. He watches over his remaining children, and licks his emotional wounds. He gives himself time to grieve. For his lost loves, for his lost children, for his lost innocence. The bubbly, happy Sculptor from cycles ago is long gone, but he's trying his best to heal, slowly. Just like the rest of the clan.

Sculptor was raised with Itura, Nova, Fell, and Glacura in the beginnings of the Gilded Shadows back before the clan was even named. Brynmore and Imeria tried to pretend he was a child of theirs, but Sculptor never fell for it, knowing he was much different than the others. He still cares very much for Imeria and Bynmore, and was quite distressed when they were thrown from power. He still visits Brynmore some afternoons, and at the fae's request, Sculptor has begun teaching the fae how to sculpt.

Glacura was a close confident of Sculptor, before she took her place at Itura's side after the fall of Imeria. Now the relationship between the two is strained, Sculptor blaming the pearlcatcher for the disappearance and death of Tholric. He also frequently is angered by her lack of grief and sadness over the fact Tholric is gone, as he was her mate, after all, and she had more right to be upset than him. When previously they could have long, easy, conversations, the best they can manage is a stiff nod in the other's direction when eye contact is made.

Chimera is the new confidant of Sculptor, the motherly imperial allowing Sculptor to visit her in secret to speak of his troubles. She listens and comforts him as she listens and comforts the hatchlings she looks after. Itura did not know of their conversations, and Sculptor feared he'll slip up one day and Itura would find out, and get the wrong idea of their secret meetings. Fears that like his former lover, Chimera would one day simply... vanish. Chimera, however, seems calm and unbothered. Her position is already endangered enough, being the caretaker of the nests and hatchlings. Thankfully, with Itura's removal from power, Sculptor can be a bit less secretive about his visits with Chimera. The two are still careful, but there is less urgency.
