"Here Freya, got another one for you!" Constance tossed the newly-earned badge high in the air, leaving the tun ample time to catch it in her mouth. She did so expertly, calling out a muffled "thank you!" as she searched for the perfect spot to put her newest treasure. Badge-holding was no small matter; all had to be accounted for and easily findable when she wished. But Freya loved badges more than almost anything, and so the effort was worth it. It was almost like she had been born to hold badges. And so, as she tucked that little badge into her fur next to all the rest, she was filled with a sense of pride.
There was nobody in this clan with a duty more important than hers!
