Give a ghoulish hello to PeridotMidnight, the clan's Shadow representative, and a dragon that joined the clan after I won him from a contest that was held on another game called Ovipets when he was a hatchling :D

Peridot arrived when he was still a youth so I had the opportunity to name him, and I was inspired by his colors to come up with his name :D Fun Fact: the gem he's named after and the color he dons is also my birthstone, since I was born in August!

Peridot's Charge is the love of his life, PearSpot! When he first saw her, he was instantly fascinated and hooked, and knew deep down in his heart he would forever take care of her and make her his, and protect her from any harm or other suitors who might try to steal her away from him...

When he arrived at the clan near Feburary of 2018, he integrated well and started being taught by the one teacher at the time that was around then, Erigore. There were a few hatchlings that had recently matured into teens around at that time, and he was fascinated with them and tried his best to be tough like them and wanted to fit in. One of them in particular caught his eye and he latched onto her, watching her every move, and vowed to himself to one day make her his wife, and wouldn't let anybody take her from him. This, of course, was PearSpot, and at first she found it creepy the way the little black Gaurdian always followed her around and hung on her every word, but after awhile, she got used to it and so did the others, joking that she had a shadow. After a time, she got comfortable having him around, and he became like another family member to her, but Peridot was so enamored with her that when he got older and also became a young adult, he finally came to her and told the Ridgeback his feelings. At first she found this creepy too, but being around him and spending more time with him, she saw how protective and caring he was, and thought that she'd give a relationship with him a try. So, after spending time in a relationship together, they both agreed that despite her age difference, it felt right and they had deep feelings & loved each other, and both wed a few months later :) Shortly after that, they started their own little family and welcomed into the world their 3 daughters, listed above. He loves spending time with his daughters, and watching them grow and flourish within the clan. The day that Gavinia left to serve under Windsinger was one of his proudest days ever, and Peridot feels extremely honored. His other two daughters have remained and found love & their Roles within the clan and he looks forward to seeing where their journeys will take them next...
He has enjoyed the company of many Familiars, the first one he bonded with being a Death Seeker. After a time, (name) felt it was time to flutter on so Peridot let him go and found that upon visiting DuskFall, an Emerald Cave Jewel followed him home. They spent some time together, and he loved being around (name), but found that (name) didn't like to be around him, so DuskFall suggested it might be time for a change again. By the time that happened, it was February and the celebrations for the Trickmurk Festival were taking place and Peridot was excited to be taking part in the fun. After a trip to Joxar's Favors, a Familiar that shared his homeland joined him on his journey to show the clan what their allegiance to Shade Mom means to the dragons of this Wind clan. Peridot enjoyed working with (name) greatly, but when the Trickmurk came again, he couldn't help himself and made his way over to Joxar's once more and brought home the Gem Gaurdian. Since they are both Gaurdians, he feels that he relates to (name) more, but still continues to work with (name of Ambassador) on the side :D

Peridot's role is being the Shadow Flight representative! Although there are a few other Dragons in the clan who share his Flight, he was the one who wanted it and stepped up and asked for it and fills it the best. Proud to show where he came from, he is also proud to be a part of this clan of Wind Dragons :D
