Silumgar
Decorated war hero and Nightfury's trusted battle ally, after the war ended Silumgar became leader of the scavenge party and was also put in charge of training new warriors. With an impressive battle record it's a wonder Silumgar wasn't next in line for alpha, only problem is he didn't trust himself not to be quick to jump into a war. Silumgar is well aware he enjoys a good fight far to much to ever make a good leader.
Personality
Silumgar is quick on his feet, especially in battle. He's very resourceful and always looking to be 3 steps ahead of his enemy. Unlike his best friend Nightfury Silumgar's fights are less for honour and duty and more for the thrill and enjoyment. He loves a good fight and has been guilty of picking them in the past with hot headed trainees and dragons of other clans. Still hes a good dragon, a fierce protector, and would do just about anything for his clan.
Personal past
Since he was old enough to walk Silumgar has been fighting. After the death of his parents he swore he'd never let death walk so freely among his loved ones again. He rose through the ranks side by side with Nightfury, both showing exceptional combat skill and strategy and he had almost beat out his friend in the candidacy, however chose not to become alpha because he didn't trust himself off the battle field. He never second guesses his choice, even if nightfury often wonders if he would not have been a better choice.

These two are the perfect example of the old saying "opposites attract" With his aggressive and quick-to-fight nature, he's perfectly tempered by Wintersolstice's compassion and kindness, and on the flip side he brings out her protective nature and gives her the strength to stand up for others.
The two have been together for quite a long time, however they've never nested. Silugmar doesn't feel like he'd make a good father, despite the fact that Wintersolstice begs to differ greatly. He's promised some day they's settle down, but at the moment he's just not ready.
