Cheshire walks their own path. But the clan thinks they fit best in the cult of the Magpie, and so far, they haven't argued. They haven't agreed either, but mostly the clan tries to ignore that. Everyone who wishes to stay with the clan must join a cult.

Of course, some have argued that Cheshire doesn't stay with the clan, they just sort of hang around the area of the Tangled Wood that the clan has claimed for their own. Mostly, they try not to think about the fact that Cheshire was there when they arrived.

Cheshire's relationship with Alice and Momerath is another thing the clan usually wishes not to think about, mostly because it makes their heads hurt. Alice seems to think highly of Cheshire, and they are generally protective of her, but neither likes to talk about it. And even Alice and Cheshire are a little baffled when it comes to Momerath.

There are a lot of things regarding Cheshire that the clan prefers not to think about. Most dragons find them... unsettling, especially for their insistence that they're mad, as well as everyone they talk to. Cheshire doesn't mind. They just repeat "we're all mad here..." and grin.
