Biography
Curiouser and curiouser!

Alice, like Cheshire, was inhabiting the small stretch of woods that she lives in long before the clan ever arrived. Also like Cheshire, she has refused to declare an allegiance to any of the clan's sub-cults. Unlike Cheshire, she does not turn invisible or speak entirely in riddles, making most of the clan much more comfortable with her presence than with the Cat's.
It is unclear what the nature of Cheshire and Alice's relationship is, but they definitely know each other, and did before the clan arrived. Alice calls Cheshire "Cat," for reasons unknown to anyone but her and perhaps to the Cat in question, but Cheshire certainly doesn't seem to mind. The moniker fits them well, and many of the clan have started using it for the enigmatic figure in the woods.
Alice and Cheshire really do seem to get along rather well, although the Cat will sometimes declare that "Alices are silly things." Alice doesn't seem to disagree, so the clan isn't really sure what to think. This is true for most things surrounding Alice, Cheshire, and Momerath.
Alice seems fond of Momerath, although she has an odd habit of referring to them in the plural, as multiple "mome raths." She and they can sometimes be seen visiting in a small clearing that Alice calls the Wabe, but there is only ever one of them, so the clan tends to put this down as just another of her little... eccentricities.
Alice's eccentricities also include eating the glowing mushrooms and using words that the clan is really very sure don't exist. "Gimble" is not a verb. "Frumious" is most definitely not an adjective, even if Alice uses it frequently as a derogatory term.
As for the mushrooms... Alice claims they were just begging to be eaten, but the clan has to question her decisions when she says this at 18 centimeters tall... or 20 meters. Somehow, though, she always manages to return to a fairly normal size for a Bogsneak, even if many dragons aren't sure she's really a Bogsneak, or even a dragon, at all. Alice doesn't care. It's hard to worry about the little things when the world is a Wonderland.
