“You'd be one to talk, Putt.” The skydancer chuckled. “Look at me and my place- than tell me again.” “B- I m- th- Gla-” Putt stuttered wide eyed as the dragon stormed off with all his animals. Glade opened his first door, closing it behind him before opening the next. He smirked as his many animals ran, slithered, jumped and flew to him. The skydancer picked up a firefly, watching as it lit up in his hollow tree of a home. “Hey Flicker, my man. I'm expecting you to be a father this summer. I know the girls are mean and all, but I'll be your wingman.” Glade muttered. Flicker seemed to buzz brighter as Glade walked him to the other fireflies. “That's my boy! Glitter and Glam need a guy li- I'm still talking to bugs…” “You very much are.” A small green tree python hissed happily. “-and I'm a ssssnake. What elsssse issss new?” “Oh be quiet, Bubble. I will make an alchemist take your voice back- I swear to the deities!” Glade growled, scaring all the creatures nearby.

Every dragon he passed was met with a hiss, growl, or even a simple shove, until he made it to his closest companion. “Oh Hainu, what should I do?” Glade cried, hugging his dog. The corgi-like dog borked and yipped in confidence. Glade smiled and laughed as tears fell down his scales. He had secretly hated Ms.Caramel Sprinkled Green Tree Root Bubble Tea the 3rd but a dragon had grown out of their love with snakes and brought the slithering creature to Glade in the night a few weeks earlier. The snake was a pain in the tail. Literally. She loved biting the skydancer’s tail as if it was a lollipop. Glade seemed to fume just thinking about it. Hainu licked his face, and the derg cheered up immediately. Glade put the dog on his back and ran to his home. When he got there- no one else but Ms. Gee What did I do this time Tea was sitting on Flicker. Glade blinked slowly and took a deep breath. “Hainu, do you eat snakes by chance?”
