IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

After spending years as a fodder stud, Barlow had seen countless of his children leave to serve higher ups and not come back. At the beginning, he used to think they would, but as more and more of his clutches disappeared, he stopped hoping they would come back and began living in the murky sadness.

After his use was deemed as served, he began looking forward to retirement and being able to build up a life he never had, but he was thrown into auction shortly after. Not conventionally pleasing nor a desired breed, Barlow found himself at the bottom of the barrel as fodder.

When he began being moved out of auction, he was sure it would be a trip to the coliseum and then out to serve, but Barlow found himself resting in a cozy section of a den tucked up under giant mushrooms. He found himself a beagle to keep him company and began legitimately recovering from the first few years of life.

He found comfy clothes and enough moss for his bones to never ache again. Finally free, his laid-back dad attitude surfaced and many young hatchlings like to spend time around his den (he always has fruit snacks around).

Not long after, he met Theia, a fellow bog without a partner and they began nesting together- Barlow’s final egg clutch. And so, he Barlow, Theia, and his daughter Aoulie live peacefully helping fellow fodder and fodder breeders recover.
