Origin of name: A feminine form of Alexander meaning defender of men.
Role: ?
Personality/Background: She has inherited her father’s talents for fighting and a strong urge to protect others. Being born in the cold and harsh wasteland that is the Southern Icefield strengthened her resistance and stamina. Even as a small hatchling she tried to protect her little brother from the other hatchlings that bullied him because of his frail body.

Their older brother would only watch, not joining in but also not interfering with their cruel jests. But she couldn’t just watch. She would fight back. Though she was smaller and younger than most of the bullies, she did not back away from them. She was less strong than them but she was smarter and faster.

They soon learned to watch out for her presence and leave her little brother alone when she was in the vicinity. Her father was very proud of his little tomboyish girl though he knew that her love for adventure would eventually lead her far away from her place of birth and her family.

Symptoms: Though she inherited the Nosos Virus from both her parents she has only light symptoms. Her siblings sometimes call her “the lucky one” because her only ailment so far is mild asthma. She hopes that she dodged the bullet and will never show such severe symptoms like her mother and younger brother.

Remnants of Clan Lazar (“The Knights”) Family Branch: The Wilted Once they were a powerful and well-respected Clan. Their territory lay deep in the heart of the Scarred Wasteland. The Clan, proud of their ancestry and pure bloodlines, was struck by a strange and terrible disease that weakened the adults and killed the hatchlings. That disease would later be known as the Nosos Virus, an eventually fatal Virus spreading through the Scarred Wasteland like wildfire.

The once proud and powerful Clan was soon known as “Clan Lazar”, a name to mock those that survived the sickness. Left with a frail body and sometimes mind, the neighboring Clans soon banded together to take away the lands and riches of the weakened Clan. What remained of the once powerful Clan was scattered to the winds, settling down all over Sornieth in small family groups.

Those of “Clan Lazar” settling down in the harsh Southern Icefield became known as The Wilted. They settled down in caves dug deep into the mountains in search of the warmth that dwells deep within the earth. Their plumage became even duller and paler loosing what little color remained. The Wilted are proud of their origin and heritage. They believe that the harsh environment will eventually purge them from the disease that destroyed their Clan of origin.

Your oldest brother is currently sitting with your mother, we do not dare to leave her unattended. Please forgive me my brief letter, but every mention of Noel pains me.
