Ambitious and ruthless, Raklo walks a fine line. He know's he's not strong enough to displace the Warband's leadership, and also knows that he won't get far without them. So he works hard and earns what praise he can, while not letting his desire to lead interfere with his good sense.

In Esuri he has found an intelligent if occasionally cruel equal, and they work to keep each other in check. Whether there's true affection between them is a thing neither would admit to even if it were true.
