Born pure white to an ambitious clan, Sedai was abandoned for fear that his color would make him too easy a target. He learned to make it in the wilds of Sornieth, finding companionship only in the smaller animals that called those places home. By watching them, he knew when to hide and from what, which plants were good to eat, and many different ways to try to ward off attackers. While not always successful, Sedai found himself growing stronger, and often would go to the defense of those creatures that accepted him when dragonkind had not.

When Suileach found him, he had made a home in the forest, but upon finding another of his own kind who not only looked like he did, but accepted and even reveled in her uniqueness, Sedai was entranced. He followed her from that day, constantly learning from places she took him and others he met because of her. While very curious, Sedai is not nearly as outgoing as Suileach. He is a pillar of quiet support among those in his clan, often choosing to remain silent rather than betray his uncouth manner of speech, always eager to help others in any way he can, whether that be in battle, foraging, or simply lending a listening ear. But if ever finding himself overwhelmed, Sedai will politely excuse himself and retreat to the quiet of the wilds to converse with any local fauna he finds.
