- neutralv1.png The new child of Nyid and Volmin flew forth from the lair when she felt ready. Others had left the Stronghold sooner than her and some had left later. She was fearless in flight, not even bothering to test her wings before taking to the sky.

The words of her parents buzzed in her mind, compelling her ever onwards towards a goal she did not yet fully understand. She would pick up words here and there that she could comprehend, but for the most part the ululations and intoned bits of speech were merely a maddening thrum in her mind.

She spiraled through the clouds, plunging and curling her way through a flock of birds that squawked and cried in surprise at the larger creature's presence. An urge that she could understand dominated her thoughts without warning, and the forward section of her body contorted to let her snap one of the birds in her powerful young jaws.

She soared on past the flock and continued her journey...
