One of Morrigan's daughters.

Cimmeron immerses herself in the study of the arcane and experiment with all manner of naturally arcane attuned objects and their effects. She is sometimes a nuisance to Shatterpoint in his research as she prefers wild, wonton experimentation to his much more structured, cerebral approach. He usually lets Herald pull her off him, as the young seer enjoys teasing her almost as much as teasing his mate, and being attuned to Shatter’s mood, can sense when the poor skydancer’s nerves can take no more.

Wether she knows or cares how her enthusiastic, inventive chaos affects the skydancer mage, Cimmeron enjoys playing a game of cat and mouse with the young, prankster seer, and generally lets Herald distract her until both tire of the sport and she returns to her own experiments away from the Shattered Tower. Having been born after Herald came into his powers, she feels no fear for him, regarding him instead as a curious bit of fun- though it is possible her flippant glee in the face of danger would have cause her to befriend the nocturne seer anyway.
