Sunday spent much of her childhood trying to master Wind magic, a feat she had difficulty accomplishing. Sunday's frustration increased exponentially, eventually she had enough and ran away from her home.
Sunday spent most of her youth wandering aimlessly. She had some romantic ideas of traveling, experiencing other cultures and meeting dragons from all parts of Sornieth. These never came to pass. Instead Sunday spent most of her time hungry and out of place. It was in a larger clan just west of the Highland Scrub that she first met Vasyl.
Vasyl was the first dragon to take any notice of Sunday, and he was immediately smitten. Sunday at first thought him annoying, but recognized that his attention was not entirely unwanted.
