About
Born of a woman, fathered by an ice dragon. A scion of forbidden love, Shyvana the Ice Drake has always struggled with her unusual heritage, never quite fully accepted in any society be it human or dragon.
Founder and matriarch of House Dragonborn, Shyvana strives to protect her humble home and her fellow dragonkind, be them pureblood or halfblood. No stranger to harsh times, she constantly strengthens her body and mind to shoulder such great tasks. Those who seek refuge from persecution and war will find safety and peace under her wings.
Swearing loyalty to Jarvan IV, Shyvana gave birth to her first three children: Freesia, Dahlia, and Jarvan V. After the first three, Shyvana and Jarvan IV continued to have many sons and daughters who would bring a great name upon House Dragonborn.

To The Crown Price Jarvan IV of Demacia,
I'm sorry. I broke our promise.
As I write, I can hear the distant marching footsteps of the Demacian soldiers and the angry shouts of the citizens who rage against me and are out for my blood.
You and I both know that I have every right to be a Demacian citizen, both by blood and by merit. But my mother's Demacian birth and citizenship means nothing to them.
The nobles scorn me. The people don't want me here. They will not let me leave alive.
But that's all right. I have lived through this sort of persecution before. I will survive. And in spite of it all, I still want to live.
So, I will flee from Demacia. I will run as far as my feet and my wings will carry me back to my father's ancient home, far beyond the icy Freljord mountains...
A land of eternal winter, far removed from the world we have always known.
I always had this feeling that all of Demacia would come to know my true nature. I just never knew when. I truly wish it wasn't like this.
It was uneasy living in Demacia sometimes, but it was at least peaceful... until that incident broke out.
