Galehfryen

Being a monarch and a foster mother can be hard work, but for Galehfryen, there is no better work in the world. She and her mate, Tyyfyrx, came to the Starfall Isles looking to make a home and a family. The former was easy, but the latter took more time and dedication. Galehfryen, ever weak for young hatchlings, often took in orphans and runaways, and raised them as her own. Nowadays, she spends a good deal of time with the other mothers and their clutches, helping to raise new young and prepare them for the world.

The clan has grown considerably over the years, and although Galehfryen tries to make a habit of checking in with all the dragons, she tends to spend the most time with old friends. Ahzulrye and Nyhyyltrotun were some of the first companions to join her and her mate, while Syednlyyrthk and Nyrrok - though adopted - are beloved children of hers. She is also somewhat familiar with a Lightning clan across Sornieth, from which some of her own clan members came.

Galehfryen is not as young as she once was, and so relies upon some of the younger generations to keep the clan in check while she spends most of her time with the hatchlings. Sykayhy and Dyesolshyed proved themselves to be of great worth to the clan. She depends upon Sykayhy to train combative dragons, while Dyesolshyed works with the other mages of the clan to further their knowledge of magic.

Recently, their clan has begun corresponding with the Troupe of the North Wind, a clan located in the Wind Flight, after Dyesolshyed visited them for magical consultation and training. They took an instant liking to him, and as such, a friendly relationship was fostered. Though Galehfryen has yet to meet any of the Troupe's members, she hears good things from Dyesolshyed about them.
