Biography
"What's life without a little fun, huh? I'm not about to be held down again by a dragon too afraid to stretch his wings."
A mischievous rogue hailing from the Ashfall Wastes, Warin found himself pushed from his clan due to his troublemaking ways and his inability to bend to the stern rule of his leaders. However, Warin was pleased with his freedom, and with the aid of his steadfast familiar Longclaw, the duo decided to traipse long and wide across the world to find adventure and knowledge. With a quick wit and the ability to pick up almost any skill in a heartbeat, Warin found little trouble despite his unquenching desire for adventure.
Fashioning himself as a romantic rogue, Warin has travelled all across the continent and learned much of the lore of his surroundings. He is a survivalist with a quick tongue, usually capable of talking himself out of a problem without much trouble, though he is not unwilling to dirty his claws if the time calls for it. Despite the fiery temper of the Coatl species, Warin prefers a free and easy lifestyle as well as a fierce disdain for law and order.
However, as his travels led him to the world of the Icewarden, Warin's headstrong ways finally cost him as he found himself dreadfully unprepared for the ice and snow of the south. Near-death from hypothermia and exposure, he found himself rescued by the Frozen Stone clan and was permitted to stay as long as he needed to recuperate. Glad for the hospitality, Warin took the offer and settled down inside of the clan, and his natural curiosity as well as his grasp of the common draconic tongue made him capable of finding friends quickly.
With Jadis, however, Warin found himself faced with a challenge he had never known before. At first unaware of her muteness, Warin wondered if she was simply playing with him by refusing to speak, but upon finding out the truth, he decided quickly his reason for ending up with the Frozen Stone clan was to teach Jadis how to converse with other members of his species. His plan was a complete failure, but her playful nature and kindness won him over all the same, and within the month, Warin had given up on his quest and instead set about courting Rockfang and Tanis' adopted daughter.
The two are now mates, and Warin settled comfortably under Rockfang's rule alongside Jadis. His wanderlust however has not been completely sated, and he is glad to take Jadis exploring the outside world on the seemingly never-ending hunt for hatchlings and rogue dragons, like he once was, who are in need of a clan's protection.
