Khromus is a very well spoken dragon, as his father was very insistent upon him speaking properly. He's also used to a very spoiled and pampered lifestyle, preferring the finest silks and furs. He has received very basic training and is close to learning combat alongside Disarray. Khromus despises being dirty as well as not knowing what he's supposed to do.
He originated from The Fortress of Ends in The Southern Icefield. As an adolescent he traveled to the Sunbeam Ruins - eventually ending up at The Beacon of the Radiant Eye. Aside from said Icefield and Ruins, he knows no other place in sornieth.
He did not come to know the clan until he was abducted - like the rest.

Personality and background:
- The tribe is mainly stuck in primitive technology as they are in the wilderness attempting to hide from the Tovak, which is a mixture of futuristic tech and primitive. (Military and large cities are shiny silver metals and very cybernetic, whereas small towns are reliant on animal labor and minimal technology)
- The tribe lives in tents made of hide and bone.
- Has a good grasp on magic, which he uses to cast illusions in order to make himself look and sound different than he is. Think shape-shifter without changing shape and making someone else think he did. Since he's no longer on Sornieth, his magic is much weaker as the world the tribe currently lives on is devoid of magic except for the tiniest amount sprinkled throughout nature. This means his illusions don't last very long since they sap his magical energy much faster than they would on Sornieth.
- Grew up pampered and in the lap of luxury
- Loves luxury items like silk and fine furs
- Dislikes dirt and grime, but holds himself with dignity regardless
- Pre-Abduction: Was raised to be a successor to his father, who was a successful ruler of a city within The Southern Icefield. He was an only child. His mother passed while he was young, which leaves him with little memories of her.
- Very well spoken and maintains good composure in most circumstances except when he's flustered, which can happen easily if he is placed in a "crass" and unfamiliar situation.
- Abduction: He was stolen away from Sornieth when he returned home from his trip to The Beacon of the Radiant Eye. The icy city was being ransacked by alien beings in shiny technology unfamiliar to him. He was only an adolescent and was unable to make it to safety before being snatched up. He does not know what became of the city itself or his father.
- After Abduction: Was not in captivity long, as he got rescued shortly after by Celeres, Magmania, Afterburn, and Disarray.
- After Abduction: Being trained by Disarray as a warrior. He can hold his own decently, but still has a lot to learn and makes mistakes often. He shows promise and Disarray often praises him when he gets things right while explaining what he did wrong when he does something incorrectly.
- After Abduction: Strongly dislikes Celeres, Magmania, Afterburn, and Zirmir
- After Abduction: Likes Majir and Disarray
- After Abduction: Neutral towards everyone else (Jumes, Fae, Fhtagn, and all 3 hachlings)
- After Abduction: Uses his illusions to help the tribe when it comes to the Tovak (aliens that run the planet and abduct dragons from Sornieth)
As for plot, I don't think I have anything specific in mind. I have a few ideas that you could choose from if that helps? I'm also open to anything else that might interest you.
- Khromus was a witness to Celeres battling Disarray when she discovered his stashed eggs, which left Disarray with a scarred back hip/leg. He is too scared to confront her during or after the fight. This leaves him with deep-seated resentment towards her.
- Khromus' life while being raised by his father.
- His discovery of his illusion magic and possible childish hijinks (as a child)
- His training with Disarray.
- His deep-seated hatred for Celeres or his distrust of the tribe members above.
- Discovering Disarray's egg stash (before they hatched) and keeping that secret.

I was surprised to see Khromus is a soft spoken and polite dragon. From his harsh and sharp appearance, I was expecting something more along the lines of Celeres lol. But I actually rather like that his personality contrasts with his appearance, it makes him more interesting. I got a chuckle from reading he was a bit of a neat-freak, but to be fair with those white fur/feathers, if he gets dirty it’s probably really noticeable. Upon reading the last line though, and knowing what happens to Celeres and Dissaray… I fear for Khromus’s future ; v ;
Headcanons!!
- his wardrobe is huge. He’s very particular about what clothes he wears and will often lay out his outfits the day before.
- when he gets nervous/flustered, he actually speaks even more properly than he already does. It can be a bit jarring.
