She was the first water dragon Ethrelda's clan met upon arriving to The Sea of a Thousand Currents. After learning their story, she decides to guide them to a new home. The haunted tower she found was passed up by many clans for the aforementioned hauntings, but a former shadow clan was more than eager to take on the challenge.
When the ghosts were put under control it was first Cymopoleia who suggested making a resort for dragons to rest up and rejuvenate.
In the present she acts as general manager and claims to be content, though some dragons have noticed her taking liberties with how much power she exacts. Some whisper that it feels more like Cymopoleia's hotel than Ethrelda's.

She keeps jellyfish in her room, those that have seen the beautiful glowing creatures have felt unease.
