Serra runs the tavern at the Snowsquall Outpost. Although the Outpost has no official hierarchy, the nocturne is the closest to a leader there is.

- History
Serra arrived like any other dragon: a traveler from afar, in search of a clan where she'd feel at home. Her clan of origin had been a tiny, fragmented one, which disbanded when Serra was still a youngster. She tried to manage on her own for a while, but the Viridian Labyrinth is a place of many dangers, which the nocturne came to experience one too many times for her liking. She traded the jungle for the seaside ruins of the Sunbeam Plateau, where she felt out of place amidst its historians and architects. The murkiness of the Tangled Wood depressed her, she had little in common with the dragons of the Shifting Expanse, living underwater was out of the option and after flying with a plague clan for a day she quietly left the Scarred Wasteland behind.

She decided to try her luck in the Ice domain and hitched a ride on a ship heading for the outpost. It was a ramshackle affair when she first set foot in it: a huddle of improvised tents and huts surrounding a group of weather worn ruins. Her instincts told her to turn around immediately, but the nocturne forced herself to at least give it a few days. Dragons from the far corners of Sornieth were gathered in the camp, with a few locals sprinkled throughout. Serra could approach them easily, most of them seemed interested in the account of her travels and had tales of their own to tell. She busied herself with small jobs around the camp during those days, helping to unload shipments, take messages to nearby clans and organize dinner for the inhabitants. She met many new faces this way, and the work made her feel useful and appreciated. With time she came to realize that maybe it wasn't a clan she needed, but this little community, where she had created this place for herself.

Through the efforts of Serra and others the outpost grew into a proper place for dragons to rest and store goods. The tavern was built from the hull of a ship damaged beyond repair. Now that there are many dragons seeing to the outpost's organisation the nocturne can focus on managing it. It is where she met her mate Rosslyn, a fellow nocturne who works as a post deliverer. Rosslyn started as one of the regulars, coming in for a drink and maybe a chat after a long day of work. Serra enjoyed talking to her and with time the friendship they developed grew into something more. Nowadays her partner helps her out behind the bar occasionally, and they keep eachother up to date on news from the community.

Practical and honest, a bit of a workaholic. Level headed and observant. Quite critical, has high standards she expects others to live up to.

Serra is good with her hands and likes fixing things. Besides the bar, which is always in need of maintenance, she'll check up on the other public buildings as well.

Serra uses her nature magic to discern the quality of the bar's foodstock. She's also a decent cook, but prefers to serve drinks and chat with the customers, so she leaves kitchen duties to her employees.
