Like a true Wind dragon, Feliz was seemingly born with the urge to travel and wander. So it was that, as a child, he managed to distractedly wander off and plop right into Fire territory. He was found by a border patrol and taken in, given that he wasn't entirely sure where he had come from in the first place.

Feliz is a whimsical fellow. He's generally cheerful and full of energy. He hardly ever seems to keep still; he's constantly fidgeting and moving about from place to place. Working on a single task, especially one requiring him to remain stationary, is difficult for him. Thankfully, he's a quick flier, making his tasks as the clan courier the perfect job for him; they keep him occupied and in motion. The only drawback is that he's terribly attached to trinkets and baubles (in other words, a chronic hoarder) and if he spots something he wants on the way, he might be a little long getting back to the clan. He's a persistent little bugger when he really wants to be, and he will get those trinkets he saw. Who cares if they're at the bottom on a canyon, and maybe a little bit of a risky sort of tight squeeze to get? The mail and food and water and probably some sleep can wait until the shiny thing is clutched in his claws.

He has a very gentle and devoted relationship with his mate, Oralie, whom he treats very well. (With gembond like that, boy, does he have eyes for her!) Many of his trinkets are gifted to her.
