If you could only see the beast you've made of me
I held it in but now it seems you've set it running free
Screaming in the dark, I howl when we're apart
Drag my teeth across your chest to taste your beating heart
My fingers claw your skin, try to tear my way in
You are the moon that breaks the night for which I have to howl
My fingers claw your skin, try to tear my way in
You are the moon that breaks the night for which I have to
Howl, howl
Howl, howl
Now there's no holding back, I'm making to attack
My blood is singing with your voice, I want to pour it out
The saints can't help me now, the ropes have been unbound
I hunt for you with bloody feet across the hallowed ground
Like some child possessed, the beast howls in my veins
I want to find you tear out all your tenderness
And howl, howl
Howl, howl
Be careful of the curse that falls on young lovers
Starts so soft and sweet and turns them to hunters
Hunters, hunters, hunters, hunters
Hunters, hunters, hunters, hunters
The fabric of your flesh, pure as a wedding dress
Until I wrap myself inside your arms I cannot rest
The saints can't help me now, the ropes have been unbound
I hunt for you with bloody feet across the hallowed ground
And howl, and howl
Be careful of the curse that falls on young lovers
Starts so soft and sweet and turns them to hunters
A man who's pure of heart and says his prayers by night
May still become a wolf when the autumn moon is bright
If you could only see the beast you've made of me
I held it in but now it seems you've set it running free
The saints can't help me now, the ropes have been unbound
I hunt for you with bloody feet across the hallowed ground
Shiroisuna didn't know how she came to be. She was just... there. Growing as a hatchling inside ocean waters, it was very clear to her at the start she was unlike other dragons. For one, she had long fins growing from body, making her swim more swift and agile, and she also had a small glowing bulb from her forehead, not to mention her gills. She was shunned by the other dragons she came across so she decided to hit it out on her own, wandering the deep seas alone.
Through time, she grew larger and larger, her body filling out more and more. As she grew, so did her voice, a former high pitch squeal into a haunting, beautiful song that bewitched those that listened. She was of the Lightning flight, so her body developed a way to emit electricity, bursting out in sharp, painful attacks to those who opposed her.
Soon, sailors made up tales of her, legends of the electric siren who swam beneath the waves, waiting for the next victim of her song.
While she wasn't one for legends, Shiroisuna did find some truth in them. She relished in entrancing dragons in her song, dragging them to their watery graves to feast upon them once fish became too small of meals to sustain her gigantic bulk.
This went on for a while before she came across a gigantic ship, one that could support the massive sizes of Imperials. At the brow of the ship was an ocean colored Imperial dressed in the clothing of a pirate captain. Shiroisuna's heart beat faster.
What was this strange feeling growing within her chest?
The siren slipped closer, silent in the waters around the ship as she got a closer look at the dragon. Oh, he was definitely handsome, and her heart began to pound a samba. She had to have him.
She watched the ship for hours, silent, blending with the ocean waters for the perfect moment to strike. Once night had fallen, and the crew had gone asleep, she poked her head out of the water. Now would be the perfect time-
SPLOOSH!
What was that? She dove under water to see a giant burlap sack struggling deeper into the ocean waters. What had happened? Tilting her head in curiosity, she swam forwards to grasp the bag and quickly swim off to the nearby cove where she currently lived.
Crushing bones of the dragons she had lured here underneath her heavy paws, she carried the sack to the middle of a pile of treasure, opening it to reveal..
the Captain! And oh what a captain he was. She was surprised however; why had he been thrown over the side in a sack? The Imperial groaned and she removed the rest of the sack from his body, throwing it a distance away.
She circled him, eyeing his prone form before she eventually curled up around him. She was larger than him by about 15 meters.
She nuzzled him with her snout; at first she was going to put him under her thrall, using him until he eventually wasted away, but her heart.. Her heart was warm and fuzzy, and she couldn't bear the thought. So instead she kept him warm, watching over him protectively...
Perhaps... Perhaps she would learn to love him.
Wouldn't that be a laugh?
