Biography
Smokewing
Smokewing and her mate, Sage, are back-to-back battlefield baddies. The two of them are an unstoppable force, something to be reckoned with. They’re cool and coordinated and smooth, and watching them fight together is a sight to be seen. The battlefield is where they met and started their relationship, and their love for each other has only made their fighting skills stronger.
Smokewing is generally the more social and optimistic of the pair. She’s more lighthearted and amused easily, and is a little more carefree. She likes to see Sage smile, and will work hard to bring that smile to her mate’s face. However, this doesn’t mean she’s afraid to get serious when the situation calls for it. In battle, Smokewing is the more ferocious of the pair, the one more likely to resort to violence quicker. Her emotions dominate her, both for better and for worse, and there’s a fine line between her berserk rage and her whimsical grin.
When Sage and Smokewing first met, they quickly gained strong feelings for each other, and it took a very short amount of time for them to announce they were mates. Yet despite their inseparability, the fact that they’ve actually said their relationship out loud repeatedly, and the fact that they’ve actually raised a daughter together, the third member of their battle party, Thornsong, remains oblivious to their relationship. While Sage finds this annoying, Smokewing thinks this is absolutely hilarious, and has begged Sage to allow her to keep the joke going for as long as possible.
