"Of course, when the world's biggest Guardian in the world comes up to you as a hatchling it's hard to forget! Even at such a young age."
Forge counters "I doubt Thistle is the biggest Guardian in the world, but she was huge, the biggest I've ever seen for sure. But you know, what was it like for you."
"She picked me out from my siblings, I think it was the gold tertiary that did it, she went to such lengths to get a gembond gene for me as well. She was always... very stoic."

Akari manages all the treasure and gems the clan hoards. He is considering taking Thistle's last son as his treasure guard but that is something to be decided when the hatchling grows up
