B I O G R A P H Y

Andromeda's Whimsy: Existence floats by in this space, an endless dream for us to observe.

______ "It was dark, cold. Then it was light, and warm. This one has never experienced light so close before. It's very pleasant. This one understands a little more now, why beings seek the comfort of stars."

______ Andromeda is a strange dragon. Found unconscious in a crater following a meteor shower, he was taken in by the clan on account of not having any other place to go. If he ever had a destination other than "here" in mind to begin with. No one can ever seem to get a straight answer out of him, due to the odd way in which he speaks. Even his name is an uncertainty, Andromeda being the only sort of identifier he'll mention when the topic comes up, and so that was what people took to calling him. However, in most situations he doesn't seem to mind what people call him, so they'll shorten it to something a bit more manageable. Common choices are either "Andi" or "Medi"

______ Andromeda likes to spend most of his time observing. He takes a great interest in how the world works, and how other creatures exist. Much like a child, ever curious about the world around him, everything has this wondrous quality to him. And you can always find him asking questions and waiting expectantly for an answer. A lot of the time however, his musings are more introspective, meaning he tends to withdraw into his mind when he's not actively engaging with another. This gives him the appearance of daydreaming all the time, lost in his thoughts or otherwise spacing out. It will often take several tries for someone to get his attention and bring him back from wherever he goes when he's thinking.

______ Wenever he's not otherwise drifting (literally in some cases. He tends to sort of...float. without realizing it) You could often find Andromeda curled up somewhere sleeping. His peers will just as often have to drag him out of a warm patch in the sun as much as pull him out of whatever daydreams he's lost himself in. All of these detached mannerisms give him the presence of an airhead. Therefore, a lot of dragons tend to write him off as not to be taken very seriously.

______ But for those that take the time to look beneath all of his eccentricities, they'll find that there's more to him than a few odd quirks. A lot of little things that add up- they might find him on clear nights, gazing up at the stars for hours on end without moving. They might notice that he can float or fly without ever flapping his wings. They might hear him mutter strange sounds that don't have any resemblance to their language; or any language for that matter. They might see that when he has that far-off gaze in his eyes, he's not looking inwards so much as looking somewhere, at something that they cannot see.

______ Andromeda is a strange dragon. If he even is one. And all of his mysteries bring up more questions than they answer. Most are content that he's not a threat. They'd rather not think about the how's or why's- not yet anyways.
