Nichi

Deep in the thick woods of The Ember forest a small Coatl slowly weaves through the trees. Autumn colored leaves roll around her like a tornado. Her bright glowing red eyes shine through her tattered stained robes. A high pitched voice that sounded like a small child whispered "Welcome young dragon! I am here To show you to my mentor's cave!" The small Coatl soon shows right infront of the visitor dragon. Pulling her hood down and giving them a big smile.

There was a old mother dragon who was tending to her nest. A few hours past in the day and her 2 eggs started to hatch! The first one to hatch was a strong beautiful coatl. The final small egg took many hours to hatch fully. Once the egg was off it showed a fire and cream colored very small coatl girl. With her eyes closed she stumbled around bumping into the sides of the nest. Once she got to her feet she opened her large pure red eyes. The mother smiled then licked the girl right on her cheek. The little fire girl smiled, and before they knew it the small fire girl's eyes went dark and she fell to the ground. The mother panicked and scooped her and her sibling up and flew to the nearest herbalist. The herbalists name was Isellia. Once she reached the herbalist deep in the water relm she begged for her to do something. She was put on the floor of a cave with salt and dried petals around her. Her eyes went back to normal and she stood up like nothing had happened. The herbalist then explained to the mother. "youre daughter here is a fallen forest goddess. She must have took over your real daughters body as she was being hatched" The mother was horrified saying to the herbalist "if she is not my real daughter i will not raise her." The mother coldly turned away with her sibling and started to fly away. The fire baby took weak to stand or fly starred at the blue sky with tears in her eyes as her family flew away leaving her there.
The herbalist Isellia walked to the small fire child and picked her up. She smiled down at the crying hatchling. and whispered to her in a soothing voice "I know you do not know of being a god or a dragon. So i shall take you in and teach you in the ways of magic and light." Her large red eyes expanded and weakly whispered "my mother didnt even name me..."
Isellia chuckled and said "Of course! i just met you!" she stat the hatchling down and looked at her for a moment, then she spoke "how about Nichi? it seems fitting to your wondrous colors!" The hatchling got on her feet and starred up at the huge purple dragon and smiled wide like the sun shinning down on them. She then spoke happily "Nichi....sounds wonderful mom!"
The two then spent the next 10 or so years together moving from place to place never feeling at home. Then they met a small Tree like skydancer who had a few other random bunch of dragons behind her. The skydancer smiled and looked up at them both. Saying in a motherly voice "Welcome to the family you two!" Isellia and Nichi looked at eachother and knew this is where they belonged. So for the next year they spent looking for a home with the small bunch of dragons. Once they found it. Isellia and Nichi set up their home in a large cave in the newly named ember forest.
