Personality: Fitzwilliam often comes off as prideful due to his high position and his bloodline. He is frequently regarded as disagreeable and vain, and this has some merit to it. The Wildclaw is clearly aware of his ranking and proud of it, although there is more to him than just sheer pride. Fitzwilliam is quite awkward and actually acts proud to hide this feature, since he fears embarrassment and has an inferiority complex. He refuses to be in large crowds and prefers to hang around in a small group of trusted friends and kin. Around those he cares about, Fitzwilliam is sweet and caring, often doting on them and giving them plenty of affection when they need it.

Familiar: Georgiana Darcy the Blue Vein Pansy. Often just called Georgiana by the Wildclaw, the familiar is one of Fitzwilliam's closest companions, and the two are virtually inseparable. Despite her bright colors, Georgiana is quite shy and hides behind her dragon most of the time, only coming out when Fitzwilliam comforts her enough to temporarily alleviate her shyness. Fitzwilliam is obviously protective of his familiar and will do anything to ensure her safety and well-being.

Reputation: Fitzwilliam is something of an enigma among most of his Clanmates. There are rumors of his kindness, but most deny it and believe that he is just a solid block of vain arrogance. Many believe that Lady only gave him the prestigious rank of scholar due to his noble bloodline, although neither Lady nor Fitzwilliam have said anything about it. In return, Fitzwilliam generally considers most of his Clanmates to be beneath him, although he does make exceptions every once in a while. Around Lizzie and Georgiana, he is surprisingly affectionate and protective of them.

Backstory: Fitzwilliam was born as part of a royal family that resided in the Viridian Labyrinth. From a young age, the Wildclaw had many expectations thrown onto him as he learned the various trades of the nobility and received a high-ranking education. When he came of age, Fitzwilliam was sent to the Scarred Wasteland to be taken in by his aunt, who would then support him until he was able to find a mate. However, despite his aunt's best efforts, Fitzwilliam utterly refused to take interest in any of the mistresses that she had offered him, and she ultimately decided to pair him with one of her daughters so that Fitzwilliam's money could stay within the family. This changed when Fitzwilliam decided to visit the Sorexians and met Lizzie, a resident of the Clan. He initially snubbed her and refused to greet her like he did with the other dragons, but it soon became obvious that Fitzwilliam was in love with the Nocturne. His initial attitude towards Lizzie had made her wary of him, however, and his first attempts to woo her had been an utter failure. Lizzie's rejection of his proposal made Fitzwilliam look in on himself and realize that his arrogant attitude was a horrible way to attract a dragon like her. Thus, from then on, he aimed to treat Lizzie with as much kindness as possible and to listen to her as fit. The next time Fitzwilliam proposed to her, Lizzie happily accepted, indicating that Fitzwilliam's moves to reform himself had worked. Upon hearing this proposal, Fitzwilliam's aunt was initially furious that the Wildclaw had decided to become mates with a "lowly" Nocturne like her, but she eventually relented after Fitzwilliam moved to the Sorexians to live with Lizzie. As of now, Fitzwilliam lives an idyllic life, and he could not honestly ask for a better position to be in right now.
