Kai
Sometimes in life things are not always what they seem to be; Kai was a prime example of that. This old dragon should have been dead and gone long ago or atleast walk with a limp but he's not and doesn't. Oh so many years ago Kai made "a deal with the devil." If he delivered four souls then his soul shall never be taken, his body shall never change. He didn't make this decision lightly, he wishes to be immortal so he may live beside the love of his life for all of eternity. I guess that's what happens when you fall in love with an immortal being.
The devious dragon succeeded in killing his four victims but he didn't expect the souls to know a sorceress whom would help keep them in limbo and even find them new hosts. Having failed to deliver the souls he is now in debt to a dark lord, he must do whatever task is thrown at him until he can deliver the souls he promised, once the souls are delivered then and only then will he be freed from his chains. Kai has done unspeakable things over the years, things he never wants to do again. That's why he now reigns among the Bone Splitters fighting in the arena to earn his place. Unknowing to them that this is the clan where his original four victims call home, to finally pay off his debt.
