No longer bound by the Starfall Isles, Leonid wanders Sornieth, bringing a piece of the Starwood Strand with him wherever he goes. A curse or a blessing, to be clad in bark and leaves? That is to be decided by those afflicted by this particular ailment. An overuse of his abilities caused branches to sprout from his wings, deeming them useless in flight; yet, as he wanders the Earth flight's Dragonhome, his power never wanes. The further and further he travels means nothing to his visions. He's just as powerful as he was where he first began his experiment with the stars.

STORY
This is a walking omen of what's to come to those who abuse their powers.
Leonid was always a wanderer. He left the Shrieking Wilds after one too many visions of future events deemed him a danger to his clan. They actually believed he caused strange things to happen with his gift! Leo simply stated, "Don't blame the messenger," and left. Whatever would happen to those who misunderstood him was in their own hands now. He believed the stars charted his path towards infinite power, and who's to say he didn't find it? Leo followed the twinkling lights in the sky until they seemingly found a home in the earth itself: the Starwood Strand━ the site of Leonid's ascension. Here, he channeled the magic within the land to spy upon the past, the present, and the future. He foretold his power growing to unbelievable strengths, but nothing could predict that the very bark of the Starwood Strand would sprout from his scales. Wings clad in wood and leaves, he lost his ability to fly gradually. Deeming this a blessing from his home, a way to travel the land while still having the power of the Strand, he convinced Proteus to leave with him. Together, they travel Sornieth, interferring with visions of the present and warning of events of the future. The two of them cause chaos, but isn't there something beautiful about it? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ |
