Timid by nature, Dawn is often seen alone. His mate helps him come out of his shell around other dragons, but on his own, he's content with just sitting and meditating for hours on end. He's not lonely, per se, but he just enjoys being left with his thoughts. He's crepuscular, active most during the sunrise and sunset when members of the clan are shifting duties like the stars in the sky.

STORY
Dawn was a runaway.
Visions of the past, of the Wyrmwound's many victims, scared him beyond disbelief. The ways that the Wildclaw of the land would push opponents into the disease ridden cauldron, only to die horrible, slow, painful deaths... Was this what was in store for him if he stayed? This was no way to live! So he ran, and ran, and ran, until he ran into the sky-- a land where the stars touched the earth. Lost and alone, Dawn wandered the Starwood Strand for days- or was it months? Time flies when you're lost within visions of the past. He was inspired by the night sky and the trees around him, as they were the only things there for him in his time of need, and used their gift to power his abilities. Dawn, as his namesake would lead others to believe, was named after the time of day where the millions of lights in the sky would disappear. He'd always dream of their return whilst they were away. Eventually, Dawn was found by scholars of the Astrolodome who were out on a field trip. They took him back and entered him in courses to strengthen his intellect and, in turn, his ability to see the past with accurate detail. Dawn returned with his best friend, Dusk, to the Starwood Strand. The site of their original meeting place was the ideal place to start a family. Other stargazers gladly invited them into their clan and henceforth, the skyward watchers gained another pair of Seers. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ |
