Invierno

A somewhat shy and incredibly absent-minded herbalist, Invierno is the kind of dragon you could spend all day talking to. Due to taking up his adoptive parent's quiet nature, Invierno doesn't actually speak too often, and when he does it's rather soft and gentle. He's laid back and amiable and loves to help out when he can, whether it be by offering advice or even just lending an ear to someone who needs a shoulder to cry on. He loves nature and often takes hours out of his day just to lie out in a field and enjoy the serenity of it all. He initially picked up his herbalism skills as a hobby due to his love of nature and how often he goes out foraging, but took it up more seriously once the clan started to grow. He's almost never seen without his familiar, a Bamboo Phytocat he adopted when they were both quite young.

Invierno had been mistaken for being stillborn when he was originally hatched thanks to his light colors, and was abandoned by his biological parents shortly after. He wandered on his own for a few days, but as he was just a hatchling that didn't go too well. Exhausted and weak, he decided to accept his fate and laid down to rest forever. Luckily, Caliente had discovered him in a hunt and he was swiftly accepted into their clan. Since then, Invierno has trained to make himself faster and stronger, to make up for the time when he was unable to save himself. Maybe that way he can return the favor to someone.

(His name means "Winter")


-He would be somewhere between sixteen and twenty-eight if he were human

-Finds it amusing that he's about double his adoptive parent's heights

-Has pretty bad short term memory, and has left his Phytocat behind multiple times because he forgot it followed him

-Has thought about opening up a small herbal shop, but whenever he thinks about actually building it he forgets about doing so later in the day

-While not exactly sickly, he's almost always catching some sort of cold or virus

-His name would probably be Brad, Blake, or Stephen if he were human

-His children are not related to him by blood. Being April Fool's hatchlings, they're possibly some nymphs that turned into a mix between him and Coral
