Lance was discovered by his adoptive parents as an abandoned egg on the shattered plains. Attempts to find his nest parents all ended in failure. Lamina and Aurelio fell in love with him from the moment he hatched and claimed him as their own from then on. The now small family unit moved into the Sanctuary den shortly afterward and have resided there ever since. The Young Wildclaw quickly grew from a hatchling to a fledgling and is filled with seemingly boundless energy that makes him quite a handful. Now nearly capable of flight Lance’s thoughts have turned to what lies beyond their large if empty lair and, much to his parent's dismay, he frequently takes off on journeys to the surrounding area. Matvei often encourages these adventures and regales the young Wildclaw with tales from his own past. These stories rarely make sense but seem to enthrall Lance anyway. Lance is scalier then most Wildclaws, especially around his neck and face. His stomach pouch is filled with an unidentified shimmering gold liquid. Unlike most other capsule dragons Lance doesn't know how to access his own pouch to empty or add to its contents and as a result isn't sure what the liquid that has been there since he was born actually consists of. Asking another capsule dragon how its done is high on his list of priorities once he actually meets one. The Wildclaw is a big fan of the Wind flight and their adventure-oriented culture and so prefers to wear Wind-designed or at the very least green apparel. Now that a doorway to an entirely different part of Sornieth has been thrown open Lance is mere steps away from being further from his home then he’s ever been before. A lair full of strange and new dragons to meet and a totally different land to explore is a temptation Lance may not be able to resist for long. |
