Sleeth and Roen's adopted son
They found him in a puddle of goo
Whether the goo came from him or is what caused him to start oozing isn't clear
Sleeth named him (rather creatively)
Charge = the ancient plague tome kept by the clan, it's filled with plague lore and religious texts
Mutant, oozes sludge from between his scales at a slow, but steady rate
