Biography

Forge, the envious machine

This magical construct seems to be made of wooden, stone and metal components. Its insides are maintained by a yellowish fluid which seems to slowly regenerate over time, but most of its external parts have been replaced over the years. Its consciousness seems to be bound within a stone somewhere inside its torso, and it exhibits dragon-like intelligence and curiosity.

Forge admires natural dragons for their adaptability and envies their magic. He himself wields no such tools.

-Events-
3/15/18 - Forge is discovered by Tyrrel in an old Empatheian silver mine. He is activated quite by accident, but helps in the investigation. He suggests that some trauma to the ground above the shaft broke the rock and could have caused the collapse.
3/16/18 - At the conclusion of the investigation, Forge is given as a gift to Nicholas, one of the miners who helped in rescuing victims of a collapse.
9/15/19 - Nicholas and Forge discuss means of income, and the two agree that it would be good to have the latter register to assist in House Faust's scientific surveys. Forge receives his first assignment, which stretches out into autumn and pays fairly well for its duration.
10/2-7/19 - T'Jennos and Forge cross paths in the abiding boneyard, finding that they've both been sent to survey the same environmental happenings along the same path within Rotrock Rim. The expedition is cancelled early on as Forge's wooden components begin to digest themselves when the two are fairly near to the Wyrmwound. T'Jennos is able to remove the tainted components and effectively save the construct, and in return the two share their research before parting ways.
10/11/19 - After reporting back to Empatheia, Forge is flown to Sorrowton with Lord Delirio's blessing to receive repairs from Tinctorius. While in Boarshead, Empatheia's capital city, Delirio gifts Forge a ring. The enchanted sword declares the two of them brothers in spirit.
10/17/19 - Forge is separated from Nicholas by the workers nearly as soon as he reaches Tinctorius's garden. Work on his new parts is swiftly begun.
