One of the best Glass Smiths the Andesine Depths has to offer - Cinder works primarily with Obsidian, alongside metals, but mostly, he makes the obsidian trinkets that sell so incredibly well on the surface.
More docile and soft spoken than his mate, Cinder is a stabilizing, foundational force, at her side and reigning her in when she gets to be too... much. He is a brilliant craftsman, as much as she is, and they spend most, if not all of their time together.
Their forge sits closest to the lava flow at the base of the ravine, and is very, incredibly hot. Cinder can scoop the lava direct from the source barehanded, while Ash cannot. They spend much of their time in their forge, which is larger than their home, and many of their children hatch there, close to the heat of the flow, rather than in their actual home.
Cinder is a huge fan of the Depths’ crown sport, and on the occasion, when he’s around and in the city at the time of a match, will go to watch, and participate. He’s physically stronger than Ash is, but, she has him beat when it comes to a strong will.
