날씨의 일정을 맞추고 비와 구름의 양을 책정한다. 모든 시간대에 걸쳐서 빼곡히 날씨의 일정을 잡아두는것이 일과이다. 차분하고 꼼꼼한 성격이며 비논리적인것, 이치에 맞지 않는것을 혐오한다. 그렇기에 종종 자신의 감정을 무시해 버리기도 한다.

날씨와 관련된 일을 하지만 밖을 나가기 보다는 실내에서 종일 있는편이다. 그래도 날씨의 이변을 경계하기 위해서인지 도서관의 큰 유리창 앞을 지정석처럼 사용하고 있다.
그곳에 쪽지나 물건을 올려놓는식으로 그에게 바람을 전달하는 용들이 있는데 스카이의 '매일매일 맑은 날' 건의가 대부분이다. 큐뮬러스는 그게 질색이라고 말은 하지만 초콜릿이 올려져있는 날이면 빼먹지 않고 항상 방에 가져간다.
