Biography

Blitz, along with his mate Kapkan, is part of the festival organizer/decorator's guild. It is not entirely clear whether he and his sister Mute are true royalty- For his father had been with one from the royal bloodline once. However, since both Blitz's parents are not of royal origin (anymore), by the book he shouldn't belong in the line.

Yet he does, but he doesn't really care. He doesn't feel that he's much privileged by being royalty anyway, so he does his job as festival planner as best as he can.
