'Face the Dread or wind up Dead'

______ "Rexel!" The Wildclaw perked up and looked in the direction of his mother's voice. He knew what time it was: dinner. The tiny Wildclaw instantly sprinted to his mother, and started eating. Rexel didn't have a care in the world, he didn't have to fight, he didn't have to find food, he had a family. He loved his family, and he always will.

______ As time went on, and Rexel got older,
things changed. His parents grew apart, his siblings leaving the Clan, and being neglected by almost any dragon that sees him. He wanted things to be normal again, and he wanted his ´Happy family´ back. Rexel tried so hard to make this dream a reality again, and failed so many times. "Go,
get out of here." another failed attempt at bringing his family back. The young Wildclaw sighed and left his father alone, tears in his eyes.

______ "Rexel, run!" That was all he heard
as the dragons he knew in his Clan dying around him as he ran. That's all he could think of.
Run, run away and don't come back, don't look back. Rexel didn't look back as he left his old home, running into the cold, icy terrain of the Snowsquall Tundra. He knew he was in danger, and he didn't care. He wanted to be as far away from his old home as he could. The Wildclaw fell into a pile of snow, he knew his life is ending here. He closed his eyes and waited for the coldness to take him.

______ Cold, that's all he could feel. He could sense someone's presence as he laid there...in a moss bed...? The Wildclaw opened his eyes and, he's...in a den. He was confused, how did he get here? He turned his head and saw a blue winged Imperial, with her back turned to him. Ḧe tried to get up, but another Wildclaw held him down with her wing. "Stay down, you're hurt." Rexel didn't want to, and got up anyways.

______ The Imperial turned around and she instantly dropped whatever she was doing as she saw the Wildclaw awake. He tried to move his arms, but felt....only one arm move. Rexel turned to look, and nearly threw up. His left arm was gone.
The Imperial told him that his arm was frozen, and she couldn't save it. "The cold got to it before I could do anything. I'm sorry." The Wildclaw was devastated, first his family, now a limb.

______ As the Wildclaw got older, he grew into a prosthetic arm built by the Guardian scientist. The Clan say how emotionally broken he was, and never asked what happened. He grew close to a Mirror, Sachi, and told him what happened. Rexel soon fell for her, and they're planning on nesting soon.
