Shortly after Pura’s arrival in the Ashfall Waste, Ignis found her. She was blinded by the overwhelming flow of lava and sweating in the mists of steam. Ignis worked with iron on the bank, meticulously curling it into some apparatus to be sold off in Starfall Isles. She bumped into him causing the metal to be deepened in the hot banks and shattering hours of work. Ignis erupted and the mirror showed her teeth in response. After a battle of words, which surmounted in him being pinned with his head next to flowing banks, they have been close friends. Upon her return to the Ashefall Waste, he has remained with her as a friend and advisor.

Ignis is a natural born leader, who after the death of a young dragon in his past clan remained elusive and quiet. Taking charge when Pura is lost in her daze of thought and entangled in mysteries only briefly mentioned, it is Ignis who the rest look to. He fosters resentment towards Pura for this, he should not be trusted. With a tainted tongue and a taste for rage, there is nothing like the questioning of authority that sets him off. Ignis often goes out to retrieve Pura when her wanderings become too long. But from where…
Growing up among the flames was not hard for Ignis. He thrived on the heat and found his own markets in the realm. So many common trinkets and what was there to help advance research. Throughout the realm merchants know his name for custom crafts, but they are not all by his hands. Where hot heads collide, Ignis knows how to bring out honeyed words.
