The Sun

She is thought to be a piece of the sun that had fallen down to earth. Her clan claims her egg glowed like the sun, and was warm to the touch. Feldspar, the Clans leader, named her Solana and adopted her. Once she hatched, no one was surprised by her markings. Rather, they were surprised by her eyes; pink. Her egg, though having been found deep within the Plaguebringers domain, had been from the Arcane flight.

As she grew up, Solana proved to be more than she looked. A fiercely independent and head-strong Skydancer, and one that many were afraid of. Her scales radiated a slight heat, making her seem to be on fire from within. Her adoptive father, Feldspar, gave her many gifts and taught her many talents.

Though she is head-strong, she is also very kind. No one who seeks out her help is sent away unsatisfied. She can hold her own in a fight, and is even talented in healing. But she always feels out of place.
