-The Maren Spearmaiden is a friend of his who helps him get ingredients, gives him advice for candy making

- Nanano has been spotted singing the "Candyman" song to his familiar, multiple times (she thinks he's a great singer).
- He's always wanted to give realistic chocolate modeling a try. He'd try to fool someone with a piece of chocolate decor, but he knows that the second one of his Tundra lairmates walked in, his jape would be ruined (but still delicious).
- His favorite color is black. He's not sure whether or not black decor would make his candy store unappealing. The first time he tried to decorate it in his style one of his lairmates said that it looked like a store where you would buy candy for your still-not-dead rich spouses.
-He has a small burn on his left foreleg from his first attempt to make caramel from scratch.
-He thinks the taste of roses is terrible, and refuses to make rose-flavoured candy (much to the dismay of his plant-eating lairmates).
-His tail spikes are a little sanded down because one time one of his rougher tail spikes caught on the edge of a boiling pot of melted sugar and left his floor sticky for years.
