This has taught us that happiness is the only good; that the time to be happy is now, and the way to be happy is to make others so. This is enough for us. - - - At a young age Aello knew that she was dangerous. Always having the intense desire to be on the battlefield, Aello was always caught on her own in the wilds, challenging the local Beastclans. During her training to become a coliseum warrior, her master attempted to bandage a shallow cut on Aello's face, but accidentally touched her blood. This contact sent him into an instant downward spiral into incoherent madness.

- - - Shamed by her clan for ruining one of their strongest protectors, Aello was banished from her home. She took on the nomadic life and spent many years alone before being aided in a fight for her life by another imperial, Lethe, who was a noble warrior in search of a new home. This pair continued to fight off attacking beastclans for several months, and Aello soon warmed up to the idea of joining a new clan after spending time with her new companion, but not before crossing paths with Antiope, who was also on a journey to her "destined clan".

- - - Antiope led them to join Thunderfall Clan, and their matriarch saw their wisdom and experience and accepted them into the DUCIT, the clan's leadership. Aello quicly grew comfortable with her new clanmates and was overjoyed by their acceptance of her blood magic abilities. While she enjoyed taking advantage of her clan's open polyamorous dynamic, Bohem and the rest of the DUCIT underwent the ceremonial Bond Search together, and she returned with the elusive Haokai.

DESCRIPTION: Aello has the ability to shed the blood of another being and taking both their form and their powers by wearing their blood. She typically only takes on their powers, unless her opponent is much larger. One thing she always has to keep in mind is how once she begins killing during a battle, she falls into an uncontrollable fit of blood rage. While helpful in destroying enemies, she becomes a danger to those around her. It takes most of the DUCIT to perform a cleansing ritual in order to calm Aello down. On the flip side, if another sheds her blood, skin contact will drive the attacker to an incurable madness.

Aello's prowess in battle can be attributed to her muscular build and the hand to hand combat that she favors. Her initial training allows her to fight without a weapon, and the armor she wears is mostly to avoid shedding blood on anyone. Aello bears deep scars from her earlier years alone, and vividly remembers the damage that she had done with her own blood. She bears a guilty conscience for the death that she has caused, whether it was justified or not. This causes long depressive episodes, only allieviated by her chosen, Haokai.

Aello is also involved with death rituals, alongside Inara and Haokai, who guide the spirits of everything to the afterlife, from late clanmates to slain prey.
