While indeed being quite observant and having the best eyes in the clan, Ulquiorra tends to take things as they are seen or said. When spoken to about ideas of things that are not in any way a visible, tangible thing, answering the questions that he brings forth in response tends to prove to be quite a challenge. This challenge is the reason most of the other members of the clan avoid these topics with him, speaking instead about other things.
When in the Coliseum, he acts mostly as a healer, currently being known as the training healer. Whether or not he goes there makes no difference in his mind, but it does in the eyes of his teammates. During the day, he seems less active, besides Coliseum, and simply keeps an eye on hatchlings who still have to stay within the lair while the other clan members take the older hatchlings out to learn, whether it's flight lessons or swimming. Ulquiorra prefers going out at night, mostly flying then, but he doesn't try to mingle with others like Shinya does, deciding to simply stay within a certain distance of the lair as if guarding it with Yammy.
When dealing with hatchlings, Ulquiorra tends to feel a bit of curiosity about them, but he also doesn't voice these thoughts or show them, keeping a look of indifference when they are near.
While proving to be a great healer and asset to the clan, he has silently sworn his loyalty wholly over to only one of the clan's leaders, Aizen.
