Unfortunate is too kind of term for her life. Most were first world problems: getting second place in Track. Runner up Prom Queen. Rejection from her top choices in school. Car breaking down. Getting fired from barista gigs after spilling too much product. And then... her parents died. It all came crashing down.

Her brother wasn't always bad. Adrian was a class clown. He had a ton of friends. He was funny and outgoing - until mom and dad passed. He turned from a personable, fun-loving guy to a sponge. He laid on the couch. He ate all their food. He lost job after job while Stacy stacked on the debt from all of her credit card bills. At this point, they're both burnt out and playing pretend that it's not so bad. At least one of them still has a job.
