Libera

Absolutely the most difficult dragon in Starlight Grotto. Libera is mean, with a silver tongue, and doesn't have many friends to show for it. She despises Celestial’s ridiculous little flecks of magic, discredits Riptide because of her strange little mirror friend, and ignores Kauri and Eclipse's work as alchemists, saying that it isn't a real form of magic. She's very elitist about her ice magic, and does not listen to anyone who dare criticize her.

Her mate is Thanh and it's truly unclear whether or not she actually likes him. However, when she is nesting or caring for hatchlings, her entire demeanor changes. She becomes soft and mellow, caring for each child as though they were some precious jewel.
