Biography
@silversilver wrote:
Unknown you have roamed through this world, and unseen you have watched the days unfurl and take hold. What stories, for you? What dreams, what legends? Alas, you have chosen elsewise - to give the stories, not to claim them for yourself - and although none of the dragons you meet in the markets and around the campfires have heard your name, they will recognize your yearning. In the tales you tell, anyone could be a hero, if they could but take that last step forward.

What does it mean to have a story? To be heroic? The world seems to revolve around one predetermined concept… The ones who have their names all but etched into the stars. Those who hold the image in one’s mind when thoughts of bravery or valor surface. The mightiest blazes that sweep through the hearts of all, scorching memories with permanent scars and reminders of their tales.
Yes, the heros at the forefront are the ones often remembered. Often told of, through stories and books. Eons have they existed, the same ideology in a new package. The same fearsome blaze, new memories to engrain itself into. It is always the same, yet who would not want to be seen in such a beautiful light? A hero known for generations with tales of valor placed upon you for hundreds of moons. However, is that really true glory?
Who says that true heros need to be recognized for their victories. Their triumphs and battles must be protected and preserved, told throughout history. Think of battles, wars waged and won. The generals, commanders, and kings… The names you always remember. The voices you think of for commands, the faces you think of for heroic leadership. Who commanded the armies that suffered casualties on both sides. Who lead those into the throws of fury while sitting miles away. Who took credit over the graves of the fallen. Yes… We remember the generals, commanders, and kings. Those who lived to share their triumphs in commanding those hundreds of brave, valliant souls.
So tell me… Do you remember any of the soldiers? Those brave souls who fought for glory. Those souls that have fallen and paid the highest price? No. Because the true hero holds no story. The true hero is the one who is forgotten to time. Heed my word, heed my voice. You need not be the biggest, the best, the most remembered. For even if you are not, you may still be the true hero in the end. Have faith and be brave my friends, for greatness is in all.
